A roughly 20 hour visit from our dear friends the Fletchers. How we love them so....Here are some highlights!

The Fair

Our first time at the SW Washington Fair with some of our favorites, the Fletcher Five!

We rode rides

And got brave enough to wave

Went down the big slideAnd laughed
Ate lots of cotton candy

Were shocked by cow milking

And apparently bored

A great time was had by all!

4th of July

The 4th was a busy day for us this year. We started our day out with Patriotic Pancakes. Then walked to Borst Park for the festivities. (Alex walked the whole way there, but thankfully was given a ride home by Mrs. Lynne.) Then to the parade and hot dog and marshmallow roasting at the Milton's. We came home to head to the neighborhood block party/fireworks, but one loud bang and Alex was done. We put in his earplugs and put him to bed. Our children were EXHAUSTED, but what a great day!

New Year's Eve 2010

I was thankful to get to again spend New Years Eve with 2 of my very dearest friends. I can't think of a more fun way to bring in the new year than with these girls who have been by my side for more than a decade now. Oh the laughter we share...
